Directing with us is a volunteer position. It is a passion-driven opportunity to collaborate with local talent and bring high-quality storytelling to the stage.
INVEST IN YOUR COMMUNITY
All productions are produced by Quick As A Wink Theatre Society, and the director operates under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors. While we encourage a high level of creative autonomy to bring your artistic vision to life, the director is expected to work within the established budget, production timelines, and safety policies set by the Board. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report regularly to a Producer appointed by the Board to ensure the production remains aligned with the society’s mission, values, and operational standards.
